Take a bus from JR Kami-Suwa Station (about 40 minutes).
From the station, walk to the Kirigamine Exit (East Exit).
Board the Karin-chan Liner (Route 8: Aruga / Kamisha Line).
Get off at Nakasu Post Office (Nakasu Yubinkyoku-mae). From there, it’s just a 2-minute walk.
