Founded in 1948 in Suwa City, Nagano, Moriya Seimen has been making fresh noodles with traditional flavors, including Shinshu soba.
At Men no Shizuku, we carefully prepare these noodles with simple, natural seasonings.
Enjoy our handmade ramen, soba, chilled wheat noodles (hiyamugi), and homemade gyoza—perfect for a delicious lunch.
